When will I receive my order?

All items, except enamel pins and stickers, are made to order. Please allow 2-3 business days for the item/s to be produced and then shipping time.

  • Items may ship separately!
  • Processing times are subject to change, during holiday season.

What is your return and refund policy?

Returns and refunds are not accepted. If your items arrive damaged due to shipping or I made a mistake on your order, please contact me within 5 day of receiving your package at orders@kellyrenay.com. I WILL ask that I photo be provided for proof of any damage or error before providing a replacement or refund.

Do you accept international orders?

I currently do not accept international orders, except for digital downloads.

Do you charge sales tax?

Yes, I am required by law to collect sales tax.

Is my transaction secure?

Yes, the security of my customer’s personal and payment information is very important to me. I take the necessary steps to ensure that every transaction made on my site is secure. I do not share your information with any other companies or third parties.

Do you offer custom work?

Please contact me with an inquiries about custom work.

Where do I find your quilt pattern correction?

If corrections have been made to a quilt pattern. The corrections will listed on this Pattern Corrections page.

Also, if a PDF version was purchased an updated link to download the corrected patterns will be emailed to the email address provided at purchase.
